WASHINGTON, Nov. 22 — RIA Novosti. The Russian embassy in Washington condemned the US response to the shooting of Russian prisoners of war, saying that the US side is helping to reinforce the sense of impunity of neo-Nazis in Ukraine.
Earlier, US Ambassador for Global Criminal Justice Beth Van Schaak said the US was monitoring reports of executions of Russian prisoners of war in Donbass and we believe that all parties to a conflict must abide by international law.
