MOSCOW, November 19 – RIA Novosti. Maxim Timchenko, president of the Ukrainian energy holding DTEK, suggested that Ukrainians are considering leaving the country for three to four months in order to reduce electricity consumption.
Prime Minister Ukraine Denis Shmyhal said on Friday that nearly half of the country’s power system had been shut down after the Russian missile attacks.
