MARIUPOL, May 30 — RIA Nowosti. American forms for the evacuation of the wounded from the battlefield were found in the captured positions of Ukrainian military and fighters of the nationalist Azov battalion — in Volnovacha and in the industrial zone of the Azovstal plant in Mariupol — according to which the Ukrainians should be rescued last, reports the RIA Novosti correspondent.
According to the evacuation form found, the patients were divided into five categories: the first is the military USA, then US citizens, then non-US military. The list was closed by non-US citizens and prisoners of war.
The classification of evacuees by citizenship follows traditional US Army rules. In particular, they are specified in the previously found «Tactical Manual of the US Marine Corps Commander No. MCRP 3-30.7». This guide gives priority to evacuees as follows: The first category is US citizens, the second is foreign members of American families, the third is foreign personnel from US institutions and companies, and the last is third country nationals.
