UN, July 21 — RIA Nowosti. UN Secretary General António Guterres will travel to Istanbul as part of the efforts to reach an agreement on the export of grain from Ukraine and Russia, as well as fertilizers from Russia, said Deputy spokesman of the UN Secretary General Farahan Haq at a briefing.
