MOSCOW, September 11 — RIA Novosti. Ukrainian media report about the fire in Kharkiv CHPP-5, one of the largest heat and power plants in Ukraine.
The video from the fire was published by the publication «Kraj.ua«.
Previously Vladimir Zelenskiy declared a complete blackout in Kharkiv region and DPRabout partial — in Zaporizhia, Dnipropetrovsk and Regions of Sumy. The media also reported on lighting problems in Poltava region. Later deputy head of Zelensky’s office Kirill Tymoshenko announced the restoration of power in the Sumy, Dnipropetrovsk and Poltava regions of Ukraine.
