MOSCOW, August 30 — RIA Novosti. Ukrainian refugees in the UK have complained about the plight and many difficulties they face, writes Guardian.
In particular, according to the publication, the search for a flat turns into a «vicious circle» for many of them, as they cannot pay large deposits and have no experience dealing with landlords or obtaining a voluntary guarantor.
“There are Ukrainians who have the money for a monthly rent, but are asked to pay a deposit of six to twelve months in advance. That’s a lot, so few Ukrainians can afford it ”- Olga Pluszcz, a refugee from Kyiv, quotes the publication, saying. “Now there is a very precarious situation. Many families are in a very difficult situation, ”she complained.
