Washington is discussing with Kiev about the risk of an escalation of the conflict with Moscow in the event of strikes on Russian territory, but has not yet imposed restrictions on Ukraine in relation to the transferred weapons, informs Reuters Thursday, citing sources in US diplomatic and government circles.
«We have concerns about escalation, but we are not geographically restricting and tied too tightly with regard to the materials (weapons) provided to them,» the source said on condition of anonymity.
