MOSCOW, November 6 — RIA Novosti. The situation with electricity supplies in Kiev is difficult, said Kirill, the deputy head of the office of Vladimir Zelensky Tymoshenko.
Earlier, the New York Times, citing the director of the Municipal Security Department of the Kiev City Administration Roman Tkaczuk informed that the Kiev authorities began planning the complete evacuation of the city’s inhabitants in the event of a total power cut.
